Annual Service Agreements
We proudly offer an annual service agreement. Our service technicians will visit your home twice per year (once each for the heating and cooling seasons) to clean, check, and service your HVAC equipment for only $19/month.
If you have more than one system in your home or are interested in a service agreement for a commercial property, please contact us for custom pricing.
Preferred Customer status entitles you to:
- 10% off of all filters and repair parts
- Exemption from overtime rates, should your equipment need service after hours
- “Front-of-the-line” priority if repair service becomes necessary
