Although we encourage everyone to battle fear as fiercely as the virus, it is important for us to let you know what steps we are taking to be and keep others safe.
We intend to provide service as long as the authorities allow us to continue. To that end, we are committed to the following procedures:
1. Anything we bring into your home that you would be likely to touch after we leave will be disinfected.
2. You will not be asked to sign our ipads after service work is complete. With your verbal permission, our service technicians will sign for you, to minimize contact.
3. We will not send technicians to your home who are not feeling well and all of them will adhere to standard practices regarding physical self-care while in the home, i.e. coughing into a sleeve, not touching their face, washing/disinfecting hands, etc.
It is our pleasure to join our community in the efforts to stop the spread of this illness, as well as to serve our neighbors by providing reliable and comforting climate-controlled air during such disconcerting times.
