I got through on the phone immediately, the guy was scheduled to arrive later that day, he did so, and then he worked hard to solve the problem—successfully. This is the second time I’ve called Accurate, and I recommend them strongly. They have been excellent both times. PS Needed their help with another problem and again the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
